Hong Kong (SE): At 11.00am on April 1, John Cardinal Tong Hon, apostolic administrator of the Diocese of Hong Kong concelebrated the Chrism Mass with Auxiliary Bishop Joseph Ha Chi-Shing, together with around 16 priests of the diocese, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Caine Road.
A small congregation observing social distancing and hygiene protocols joined in the celebration along with those watching the online broadcast. With the easing of Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic restrictions, Masses resumed in Hong Kong with a 30 per cent cap on the number of people allowed in the church.
